SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anesthesiology and reanimatology during intensive therapy. Puncture is performed at level of Thix-Thx, needle is inserted in upward direction through middle interspinous space Thix-Thx at angle of 34–36° to dorsal plane, drawn through tops of spinous processes of Thix, Thx, Thxi.
EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries during puncture and occurrence of complications after puncture, which is provided by said conditions for inserting of needle.
