FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for complex utilization of heat of waste gases and liquids. In complex heat exchanger of multilayer plates, containing housing with gas and air pipes, inside which there is a package consisting of multilayer heat exchange plates, forming between each other gas and air channels, each of which is a partition made of flat thermoelectric converters, e.g. Peltier elements, coated on both sides in crosswise manner by heat exchange surfaces made in the form of T-bar and corners from material with high heat conductivity (for example, from aluminum or its alloys), attached by their ends to inner surface of housing, wherein heat exchange surfaces in adjacent multilayer heat exchange plates are located relative to each other in staggered order, each thermoelectric converter is equipped with current leads connected in parallel to section collectors in each row, which are also connected in parallel to common collectors of similar electric charges, forming thermoelectric units, which in turn are connected to terminals.

EFFECT: increased range of use and efficiency of complex plate-type heat exchanger from multilayer plates.
