FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for complex utilization of heat of waste gases and liquids, namely for utilization of heat of flue gases at heating of air with simultaneous production of electricity. In the plate-type heat and electric heat exchanger containing housing equipped with gas and air nozzles, inside which there is a package consisting of perforated plates forming gas and air channels between each other, which perforation is arranged in staggered order and in it there are thermoelectric converters connected to thermoelectric sections and to common collectors of similar electric charges connected in their turn to terminals, perforation of plates is made in the form of rectangular openings, equipped with horizontal petal vortex generators and staples, in each rectangular opening there are flat thermoelectric converters equipped with current terminals and clamped by staples, the current leads are in parallel connected in each row to sectional collectors, forming thermoelectric sections, which are connected in parallel to common collectors of similar electric charges.
EFFECT: technical result is increased range of use and efficiency of plate-type thermoelectric heat exchanger.
