SUBSTANCE: proposed device is intended for control of serviceability and diagnostics of faults of structural replaceable elements (SRE) and units of digital radioelectronic equipment (REE), as well as for control of integrity and diagnostics of faults of wiring of units and racks of REE. Device comprises a computer with a control and diagnostics control program stored in its memory, and a compact functional monitoring and diagnostics device (FMDD) connected to the computer and made on the basis of a printed-circuit board with electric radio elements installed on the board. Main parts of the FMDD are the register of test codes sent to the monitoring object and the register of response codes from the control object outputs.

EFFECT: simplified design of device, reduced dimensions.
