FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method of checking aerodrome technical support (ATS) of aviation flights using an automated monitoring and diagnostics system (AMDS) in low temperatures at dispersion aerodromes consists in the simultaneous use of a device to improve the quality of diesel fuel, in which cavitation treatment, ionisation, change of molecular properties of diesel fuel, device for heating storage batteries of a vehicle, which heats the battery compartment from the engine cooling system with the engine running and maintains the positive temperatures of the battery compartment when the engine is not running, ventilation device, which performs heating of the equipment of the ATS facility and increase the power of the internal combustion engine without the need for heating of the radioelectronic equipment (REE) of the ATS facility equipment, and AMDS, which generates required combinations of signals of test actions and measurement of corresponding combinations of response signals for monitoring of operability and diagnostics of faults of structural replaceable elements (SRE) of REE. Arrangement of said devices is also disclosed.

EFFECT: reduced time for start-up, warming-up and checking of aerodrome-technical support facilities before their admission to operation on aircraft equipment.
