FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated systems for control and diagnostics (hereinafter – ASCD) of structural replaceable elements (hereinafter – SRE) of radio-electronic equipment (hereinafter – REE) of complex technical systems (hereinafter – CTS). ASCD includes a set of generators of test effects Ai and a set of meters of response signals Bi, connected to a computer. A composition of test effect generators and a composition of response signal meters, as well as their metrological characteristics provide formation of necessary combinations of test effect signals and measurement of corresponding combinations of response signals for control of efficiency and diagnostics of malfunctions of any type of REE SRE from a given range, for which a specific ASCD exemplar is intended.

EFFECT: provision of a possibility of control of efficiency and diagnostics of malfunctions of a full range of REE SRE of CTS sample, using one ASCD exemplar having expanded capabilities in formation of combinations of test effects and in measurement of combinations of response signals satisfying control and diagnostics requirements of any type of REE SRE of this range.
