FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: fuse unscrewing mobile unit is designed to bring ammunition into non-final equipment by means of remote unscrewing fuses from them. Fuse unscrewing mobile unit is made in the form of specialized production modules arranged in separate movable containers equipped with equipment, wherein the modules are arranged in two standard transport containers and include a detachment module of fuses and a module for controlling fuse unscrewing process, the modules are installed in such a sequence that form a process line for unscrewing fuses, process equipment is mounted in a detachment module of fuses, in the module of control of fuse unscrewing the remote control and video surveillance system of the fuse detonation process is installed, at the same time the modules are separated with each other by an obstacle in the form of an earthen shaft, fringe unscrewing module is surrounded on all sides by earthen shaft, at that on three sides module is surrounded by solid earthen shaft in the form of U, and on the fourth side is equipped with rectilinear earthen shaft with cross bar, at that, fuser unscrewing module is located inside earthen shafts, and the fuse unscrewing process control module is located outside the earth shafts, the earth shaft and the crossarm are made so that to ensure elimination of the working personnel damage during the ammunition emergency explosion in the fuse unscrewing module.
EFFECT: creation of a mobile station for bringing ammunition into non-final equipment, which makes it possible to economically and safely unscrew fuses from shots, projectiles and mines without construction of stationary reinforced concrete or metal armored cabins.
