FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: mobile assembly of ammunition is intended for assembly of artillery ammunition of caliber 57–152 mm. Mobile assembly of ammunition is made in the form of specialized production modules, arranged in separate movable containers, equipped with equipment, wherein modules are arranged in fifteen standard transport containers and include a plurality of models, wherein modules are installed so that to exclude the intersection of process flows, mobile assembly of ammunition is equipped with three belt conveyors passing in series through modules, wherein one belt conveyor passes successively through modules for preparation of propellant charges, heating of propellant charges, preparation of lubricant and safety composition, assembly of propellant charges into sleeves, pressing fixing devices into shells with propellant charges, sealing of shells with charges of rounds of separate-charge loading, cartridging of QFFR, packing of ammunition in containers, the second belt conveyor passes successively through modules for preparation of sleeves, heating of shells and complete set of propellant charge and sleeves, manufacturing of decopperers, the third belt conveyor passes successively through modules of preparation of QFFR assembly, heating of shells, preparation of elements of ammunition and module of complete set of projectiles and shells with projectile charges before cartridging of QFFR, mobile assembly of ammunition is equipped with a fire alarm system, supply and exhaust ventilation with cooling and heating of air, modules in which operations with powder in open form are performed, are made in explosion-proof design, module of climatic station and plenum ventilation is installed on the roof of power module, mobile assembly of ammunition assembly is made with possibility of connection to stationary sources of power supply, which is available for consumer, and with possibility of autonomous power supply.

EFFECT: creation of a universal mobile movable point for ammunition assembly, which enables efficient and safe assembly of artillery ammunition on artillery shells or industrial enterprises, which do not have stationary areas for assembly of ammunition.
