FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: mobile ammunition repair station is intended for overhaul of artillery ammunition of 37–152 mm caliber and mortar ammunition of caliber 82, 120 mm. Mobile ammunition repair station is used on artillery arsenals or industrial enterprises that do not have stationary areas for ammunition overhaul. Mobile ammunition repair station is made in the form of specialized production modules arranged in separate movable containers equipped with equipment. Modules are arranged in twenty-four standard transport containers and include a module for preparation of propellant charges for repair, a module for repair of charges and cleaning of sleeves, a module for repairing sleeves, a module for painting and drying paint coating of sleeves, module for repair of propellant charges, a charge assembly module, a module for packing propellant charges into a container, a module for preparation of shells for repair, a module for disassembling shots of unitary loading, a module for cleaning shells, a module for preparing shells for painting and controlling a new paint coating, cartridge for unitary loading firing, module for packing projectiles and shots of unitary loading into containers, projectile coloring modules, projectile drying modules, power module with diesel generator, module for fabrication of stencils and waxing of paper, module for storage of tools and materials, plenum ventilation module, and compressor module. Modules are installed in such sequence that they form technological lines for repair of certain type of ammunition, at that, crossing of process flows is eliminated. Process equipment is mounted in twenty-one module, auxiliary modules are installed in two modules, diesel-generator is installed in one module. Shells drying modules and projectile coloring modules are equipped with a single chain suspended conveyor passing successively through shell drying modules and projectile coloring modules. Mobile ammunition repair station is equipped with a fire alarm system, air-and-exhaust ventilation with cooling and air heating and is configured to be connected to stationary sources of power supply available at the consumer. Modules are organized taking into account requirements for arrangement and installation of process equipment of shops and sections and rules of device of electrical installations in them, some modules are made in explosion-proof design. Compressor module is installed on the roof of the module for cleaning shells, the plenum ventilation module is installed on the roof of the module for storage of tools and materials.
