FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be used in application of metal layer to obtain required geometric shape, hardening or anticorrosive treatment of cylindrical surfaces in parts. Device comprises a housing, a threaded shaft, a thrust bearing, a control slide, a fixing nut, tight anodes with tampons, wherein it comprises scissors made in the form of driving and driven webs, hingedly fixed in its central part and converging in closely spaced parallel planes with a pressure sensor installed in the hinged mechanism, wherein outer ends of drive webs and outer ends of driven webs are fixed in skids of housing and are made with possibility of free stroke in vertical direction, note here that inner ends of driven webs are secured on thrust bearing housing while inner ends of drive webs are articulated with adjusting slide.
EFFECT: improved quality and efficiency of coating formation, increased intensification of process, reliability and efficiency of device operation due to application of "scissors" mechanism and pressure sensors.
