FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used for restoration of internal cylindrical surfaces of parts, for removal of strained metal layers, imparting correct geometrical shape with subsequent coating by electrolytic grating. Combined tool for spark erosion treatment and coating by electrolytic rubbing method comprises a base pipe with a drive shaft, a lock nut, electrolytic rubbing anode and electrode for spark erosion machining with electrolyte feed branch pipes, wherein the drive shaft is configured to transfer rotary motion to the lead screws of the electrical erosion treatment system and the coating application system by electrolytic rubbing.
EFFECT: high efficiency of forming quality coatings owing to binary processing system with leadscrews, which enable to perform micro supply of electrode and anode to processed surface; also maintaining stable conditions for spark erosion and galvanic sedimentation, obtaining recessed surfaces of regular geometric shape, high reliability of device, uniform distribution and stable supply of electrolyte on the entire contact surface of the anode with the part.
