FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distance control system for quarry dump trucks. Anti-accident safety system includes an obstacle detection unit, which includes an ultrasonic sensor connected to the matching and notification unit, and also made with possibility of light and sound alarm. Ultrasonic sensor is located in the housing, in the rear part of which there is a cover with a through hole for output of the ultrasonic sensor cable to the matching unit and notifications. Coordination and notification unit is connected by electric shielded cable to executive mechanism of brake system of mining dump truck, at that, matching and notification unit comprises housing and board with electronic control circuit arranged inside it, wherein dashboard signalling indicator, connector for power supply of unit via fuse from on-board power supply and connector for ultrasonic sensor cable connection are arranged on the body.
EFFECT: higher safety of quarry dump trucks operation.
