Disclosed is an automated system for maintaining a cognitive resource in physiological age changes of brain functions, consisting of computer devices of external users, a node for communication with external users, a visualization unit, an interactive "personal cabinet" service, a unit for diagnosing functional capabilities of an organism, a unit for evaluating physiological and mental status, a unit for generating individual training plans, a unit for coordinating individual training plans, a unit for adjusting individual training plans, a switch, a display unit, a cognitive training unit, a psychoemotional unloading unit and maintaining physical activity, a unit for monitoring and evaluating tasks, a computer device of a database operator and a database unit.
EFFECT: invention allows combining the body functional diagnostics and their interactive correction, providing higher effectiveness and quality of the cognitive health maintenance results with the natural physiological age changes of the cerebral functions.
