METHOD FOR IMPROVING COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS DISORDERS AND A COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2712704 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and medical equipment, namely to diagnostics and self-diagnostics. Obtaining first data on the subject, which represent the subject's responses to pre-determined questions on at least one of: physical well-being, mental well-being, emotional well-being, professional life, level and sources of stress, satisfaction with aspects of life, physical activity, level of awareness, drug consumption. Obtain second data on subject, which represent results of subject performance of one or more pre-determined intellectually realized tasks. Obtaining third data on the subject, which represent physical conditions of the organism and contain at least one of: pedometer data, trekking data on various types of physical activity, data on heart rate with different types of physical activity and in the absence thereof, data on arterial pressure, data on sleep. Fourth data on the subject are obtained, which include data on nutrition of the subject – results of filling the diary with the subject. That is followed by obtaining fifth data on a subject which include results of early clinical and biochemical blood tests, wherein data on early clinical and biochemical analyzes represent results of filling the respective forms with the individual. Intelligent analysis of all obtained data on the subject is performed by detecting correlation relationships between different obtained data. Analysis is used to evaluate the probability of early cognitive impairment in a subject by comparison with reference values and comparison with previously obtained values in dynamics. Based on the performed analysis and the obtained assessment of the presence of early cognitive impairments in a subject, recommendations are given on improving cognitive functions of the subject, including at least one of: maintaining healthy lifestyles, correction of nutrition, work with stress, regulation of sleep, change of a mode and / or intensity of physical activity, prevention of an intoxication and / or detoxication of an organism, use of cognitive trainings. Method is realized by means of nonvolatile machine-readable medium.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables early self-diagnosis of cognitive disorders for subsequent effective correction and prevention of progression of cognitive disorders.
