FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer glazing panels as glazing panels of vehicles, as architectural panels, fire-resistant panels, safe glazing and a method of layering a multilayer panel which does not include autoclaving, as well as a device for its implementation. Proposed the method of layering a multilayer glazing panel, in which: a) obtaining a multilayer laying from the lower glazing panel, at least one intermediate layer and the upper glazing panel, b1) placing the vacuum ring or vacuum bag around the multilayer laying, b2) air is removed from multilayer laying for period t1, greater than or equal to 8 minutes, and at temperature T1 from 0 °C to 30 °C by applying to vacuum ring or vacuum bag of low pressure p1, less than or equal to 0.3 bar, b3) heating multilayer laying by means of microwave radiation to temperature T2 from 70 °C to 130 °C, wherein in vacuum ring or vacuum bag low pressure p 2 is maintained, which is less than or equal to 0.3 bar, b4) supporting multilayer laying by means of microwave radiation at temperature T3 from 70 °C to 130 °C, and removing air therefrom for period t3 greater than or equal to 8 minutes, at reduced pressure p3 in vacuum ring or vacuum bag, less than or equal to 0.3 bar, b5) cooling multilayer laying to temperature T4 below 70 °C, at that in vacuum ring or vacuum bag low pressure p4, less or equal to 0.3 bar, b6) vacuum ring or vacuum bag is vented, and (c) vacuum ring or vacuum bag is removed.
EFFECT: invention provides development of non-autoclave method for layering a multilayer glazing panel, which allows cheap production of multilayer glazing panels of high quality.
