FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-autoclave lamination of multilayer glass. According to method: (a) obtaining stacked package (1) from bearing plate (2), at least one intermediate layer (3) and cover plate (4), (b1) around stacked bag (1) is applied vacuum ring (5) or vacuum bag, (b2) from stacked pack (1) for period of time t≥8 minutes and at temperature T from 0 °C to 30 °C air is removed by application of low pressure p≤0.3 bar (0.03 MPa) to vacuum ring (5) or to vacuum bag, (b3) stacked pack (1) is heated to temperature T from 70 °C to 115 °C, (b4) from laid packet (1) during time interval t of time t≥8 minutes air is removed by application of low pressure p≤0.3 bar (0.03 MPa) to vacuum ring (5) or to vacuum bag, (b5) stacked pack (1) is cooled to temperature T <70 °C, (b6) vacuum ring (5) or vacuum bag is filled with air and removed, (c1) stacked pack (1) is heated to temperature T from 40 °C to 120 °C, (c2) stacked pack (1) is pressed between at least two calender rollers (6.1, 6.2) of the first calender unit (16) arranged opposite each other over the entire width b of stacked pack (1).

EFFECT: invention provides an improved method for non-autoclave lamination of multilayer glass, which provides cost-effective production of high-quality multilayer glass.
