FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel functionalized derivatives of morpholinylanthracycline, which have cytotoxic activity and are applicable for treating diseases such as cancer, cell proliferative diseases and viral infections. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds, and methods of treating diseases using such compounds or pharmaceutical compositions containing them. Invention also relates to the use of these derivatives for producing conjugates.
EFFECT: functionalised derivatives of morpholinylanthracycline are proposed.
