FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to compositions of high-strength cold-resistant cast iron with spherical graphite for production of tubular piles operating in any climatic conditions, mainly in regions of Arctic regions and the Far North. High-strength cold-resistant cast iron with spherical graphite contains, wt%: carbon 3.85–4.05, silicon 2.7–3.3, manganese 0.2–0.5, chromium up to 0.05, magnesium 0.03–0.06, calcium 0.002–0.007, aluminum 0.003–0.01, zirconium 0.01–0.1, boron 0.005–0.007, sulfur to 0.022, phosphorus to 0.03, nickel 0.01–0.20, samarium 0.1–0.3, cobalt 0.002–0.12, iron – the rest.
EFFECT: increased impact viscosity of high-strength cold-resistant cast iron with spherical graphite at negative temperatures.
