SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanics, assemblies and rotating parts, in particular to hinges, and first of all to their fixation devices used in furniture production, for example, in adjustment and fixation of working table in certain position for convenience of user operation. Adjusting-locking device includes a frame, a support-and-rotatable hinge, a support, a plate, a control screw, an axis, a guide, inserts, a fixing screw, beam, fastening screw for attachment of bracket for laptop, screw for attachment of bracket for iPad. At the end of the frame there is a coaxial support-and-rotatable hinge jointed to the guide support. Support is connected to plate, which has through threaded hole and serves to move adjusting screw. Also, the support is connected through the axis with the guide eye. Guide has fixing screw and provides rectilinear movement of beam. Inserts are installed at the ends of the guide. On the end side of the beam there is a screw for fixing the bracket for the iPad. On the end of the beam on the upper surface there is a fixing screw for fixing the bracket for the notebook.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing flexibility in adjusting the position of the bracket relative to the user.
