FIELD: telephone communication control.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of telephone communication control. When attempting to access a calling subscriber through a MSC-A switch to a called subscriber from a MSC-A switch of a calling subscriber, sending a signal to a first platform – an intelligent platform for trying to call a subscriber B, using the first platform, checking the sufficiency of means on the balance of the calling subscriber, in case of sufficient funds from the switch of the MSC-A network of the calling subscriber through the HLR, requesting the location of the called subscriber; establishing connection between switches of calling and called subscribers, in case, if the called subscriber is unavailable, through the switches, the subscriber unavailability signal is sent to the first platform; from first platform is sent to second platform – service platform, serving for separate short call, code of event occurred and information on numbers of calling (MS-A) and called (MS-B) subscribers via REST/SOAP protocol; from the second platform through the switch of the called subscriber MSC-B, a request to the called subscriber on accessibility is initiated, after reception by second platform of signal from called subscriber about its availability to communication network, second platform initiates short call to called subscriber, receives from called subscriber signal on incoming call and interrupts said short call.

EFFECT: high reliability of telephone communication when a called subscriber is outside the network coverage area.
