FIELD: wireless communication technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method comprises steps of: attempting access of calling subscriber A (1) from international roaming area through switch network of roaming operator MSC-A (3) to called subscriber B (2); from switch (3) signal is sent to first – intelligent platform (5) of attempt to call subscriber B; using platform (5) checking sufficiency of means on balance of subscriber A; in case of insufficient funds from platform (5) command to disconnect is sent to switch (3); from platform (5), by means of short message transfer center (SMSC) (7), information message is sent to subscriber A through switch (3); from platform (5), sending to second platform (6) performing separate short call to called subscriber, code of occurred event and information on numbers of calling A and called B subscribers via REST / SOAP protocol; from platform (6) through switch MSC-B (4) initiate separate call to called subscriber B, receive incoming call signal from called subscriber and interrupt said separate call.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and convenience of communication when using it in a zone of international roaming with a shortage of funds on the account for making outgoing calls, and in providing the user with information on the status of the account.
