FIELD: telephone communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of telephone communication control, in particular to the call control protocol in the telephone network when the called subscriber is outside the coverage area of the network. According to the first embodiment, the method comprises the following steps. Caller device is provided with access to the mobile communication network. Initiated call is received from the mobile telephone of the calling subscriber to the telephone of the called subscriber. When establishing communication with the mobile telephone of the called subscriber from the telephone of the calling subscriber, the call signal is sent to the switch of the calling subscriber, and from the switchboard of the calling subscriber the call signal is sent to the switched subscriber switch. In case the mobile telephone of the called subscriber is out of communication zone, from the switch of the called subscriber the signal is redirected to the platform (MCA) through the transit switch, with which the rebound signal is sent to the mobile telephone of the calling subscriber and the call initiated by the calling subscriber is interrupted. Moment when a subscriber's network appears in the network using a platform (MCA) by sending a signal through a centre for transmitting short messages to a switch of a called subscriber of an SMS message, intended to receive a subscriber's equipment, receiving a response message from SMSC on the fact of SMS delivery along a communication network to a subscriber. Short call signal is sent from the platform (MCA) to the mobile telephone of the called subscriber and after receiving the signal, communication with the telephone of the called subscriber is interrupted. From the platform (MCA) through the centre of short messages transfer to the switch of the calling subscriber the SMS-message on accessibility of the called subscriber is sent. Switchboard of the calling subscriber delivers an SMS-message to the mobile telephone of the calling subscriber on accessibility of the called subscriber. Second embodiment differs from the first one in that after determining the moment of appearance in the network of the called subscriber and receiving a response message from SMSC on the fact of SMS message delivery through the communication network to the subscriber, information on the numbers of the calling and called subscribers is sent from the first platform (MCA) to the second service platform. From the second service platform, a short call signal is sent to the mobile telephone of the called subscriber and after receiving the signal, communication with the telephone of the called subscriber is interrupted.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and convenience of telephone communication in case the called subscriber is located outside the coverage area of the network.
