FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention enables to monitor residual voltages on open key elements of the bridge circuit of a terminal stage, based on high-current field-effect transistors, and disconnection thereof in current overload modes by using two transistor pulsed control circuits, each having a switch, a comparator circuit and an enabling circuit, as well as a flip-flop and a diode adder. To enable use in multichannel circuits, the key power amplifier module includes two pulsed signal drivers and an optoelectronic decoupling circuit, as well as a temperature sensor. In order to increase resistance to mechanical and environmental factors after wiring and mechanical assembly, the inner volume of the module is filled with a special-purpose compound which provides waterproofing and electrical insulation, mechanical strength and volumetric heat removal at a low-profile hybrid assembly base.
EFFECT: high reliability and energy efficiency when operating in multichannel transmitting circuits in conditions for optimising topological and structural design while minimising the size of the key power amplifier module.
