FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and forestry, in particular to hand tools for scientific research on determination of biological activity of soil. Device includes handle 1 with rigidly attached pressure two-arm plate 2, connected by cylindrical hinge 3 and bolt with main plate 4, on which needles 5 and squeezing lever 8 are fixed. In clamping 2 and main 4 plates coaxially holes are made, in which there is bolt 6 with cylindrical spring, washer and nut-wing. Analyzed sample is strung on the needles of the main plate and held by the pressure plate.
EFFECT: providing such ease, fast and high quality of preparing prepared samples of fabric and photographic paper in soil.
