FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for preparing a drug exhibiting adaptogenic activity. Medicinal agent represents a dry extract produced from the following vegetal raw materials in ratio: 178.57 g of Chinese liquorice roots and rhizomes; Caragana jubata wood 321.42 g; Polygonatum odoratum roots 53.57 g; Polygonatum humile roots 53.57 g; Orchis mascula root tuber 178.57 g; rhubarb roots 107.14 g; roots and rhizomes of common madder 107.14 g, which are milled to particle size of 1 mm diameter and extracted 50 % ethyl alcohol in ratio raw material : extractant, equal to 1:16, at temperature 60 °C and constant stirring. Process is repeated three times and the combined extractions are boiled off to 1/3 of the initial volume and purified by separation. After that, the purified extract is additionally boiled off till 1/5 of the initial volume, dried in a vacuum drier at temperature of 60 °C for 8 hours and ground in a mill of a propeller type.
EFFECT: invention is intended for increase of nonspecific body resistance, prevention of fatigue at physical and mental loads, and also for increase of working capacity.
