Toilet (1) includes upper container (20) having a plurality of openings (21a) formed in the bottom portion, wherein a plurality of openings (21a) extend in an upward-downward direction, lower container (30), which includes receiving section (31), receiving excrement, which have passed through plurality of holes (21a), wherein gravity force created by upper container (20) does not affect bottom container (30), and output device (41), which outputs a signal which varies according to the amount of excrement taken by intake section (31).

EFFECT: invention enables to determine the amount of animal excrement.
