FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio photonics, including the technique of transmitting high-power broadband radio signals over fiber-optic communication lines to antennas and antenna arrays. To this end, a radio-photonic channel for transmitting powerful broadband signals includes a differentiating circuit, time constant of which is selected so as to form a bipolar two-petal pulse of the same duration at its output from a short unipolar pulse, the input of which is connected to the output of the photodetector, and the output is connected to the radiating element of the antenna array.
EFFECT: technical result is wider field of use of radio-photonic transmitting path by enabling application in radar stations using signals of different duration, high efficiency by increasing radiated power by matching elements of the radio path, high resolution of RS on range, high reliability during operation and low cost when producing radio-photonic antennae for RS.
