FIELD: communication technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technology and can be used in radio photonic communication systems. To achieve the effect, the radio-photonic fiber-optic module includes two laser sources (15), (17) of an optical signal of microwave pulses, two assemblies of photodetectors (1) and (2), serially switched monolithic multijunction microwave photodetectors (3) and two optical splitters (4), (5). Both assemblies (1) and (2) of photodetectors (3) form a parallel back-to-back connection, and connection points (10) and (11) of assemblies (1) and (2) of photodetectors (3) are connected via microwave path (12) to the antenna (13). Secondary optical fibers (6-9) of the first and second optical splitters (4), (5) are optically coupled to assemblies (1) and (2) through docking modules (30). Assemblies (1) and (2) of photodetectors (3) are made of at least two multi-junction microwave photodetectors, in the form of a monolithic structure, including p-i-n plenary semiconductor subelements (18), having the same band gap Еg, but different thicknesses and levels doping connected to each other by back-to-back plenary tunnel diodes (21).

EFFECT: increasing the power of the output electrical signal.
