FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and electrical equipment, in particular to thin-film integrated inductance coils and transformers, compatible with silicon microelectronics technology, which can be used in integrated microelectronics for various purposes, in particular in filters of high-frequency harmonics, amplifiers, built-in voltage stabilizers and many others. Thin-film core is made mainly toroidal from set of magnetic units with shape anisotropy, in which each of blocks comprises light and heavy axes. At least a part of the blocks is separated by a layer of nonmagnetic material. Direction of magnetisation of core is installed along easy axis of magnetic blocks, which passes mainly perpendicular to magnetic field of core. Solution is also implemented by means of an inductance coil and a transformer containing said core.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of specific inductance and Q factor due to provision of direction of magnetization of core perpendicular to direction of magnetic field, provided by pattern of blocks of magnetic elements with shape anisotropy.
