AIR DISTRIBUTOR OF UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION OF AIR (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC F24F13/06 F24F13/62 F24F13/65

Abstract RU 2716295 C1

FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: first version of air distributor of uniform air distribution is proposed. It comprises air duct of variable cross-section with outlet hole shut off by flow rate regulator consisting of pair of elements located at an angle to each other, one of which is located along air pipeline wall, and the other is transverse to the air flow and is configured to receive a resilient member associated with the element located across the air flow, wherein the air duct is in form of a diffuser branch pipe in the form of truncated cone (1) with outlet (2) in a larger base, and flow rate regulator is made in form of elastic nozzle (3) on cone (1), repeating truncated cone shape, in larger base of which there are through holes (4), and in smaller base is mounting hole (5) for conical pipe (1), wherein conical nozzle (3) is installed on conical pipe (1) with overlapping mounting hole (5) along perimeter and adjoining side wall along wall of conical pipe (1) with provision of elastically deformable contact and arrangement of base with through holes (4) on outlet side holes (2), across the air flow, wherein base with through holes (4) has possibility of resilient deflection by type of direct action membrane. Second version of air distributor of uniform distribution of air is proposed. It comprises an air duct with an outlet, shut off by a flow rate regulator consisting of a pair of at an angle to each other elements, one of which is located along the wall of the air duct, and other is transverse to air flow and with possibility of accommodating elastic element connected to element located across air flow, at that air pipeline is made in form of cylindrical branch pipe (1) with end outlet hole (2), and flow rate regulator is made in form of elastic nozzle on branch pipe (1), in form of cylindrical barrel (3) with through holes (4) in bottom (5) and opposite mounting hole (6) for branch pipe (1), wherein shell (3) is installed on pipe (1) with overlapping mounting hole (6) along perimeter and adjoining side wall along cylindrical wall of pipe (1) with providing elastically deformable contact and arrangement of bottom (5) on side of outlet hole (2) across air flow, wherein bottom (5) has the possibility of resilient deflection by the type of direct action membrane. Third version of air distributor of uniform air distribution is proposed. It comprises air pipeline with outlet, shut off by flow rate regulator, including element located transversely to air flow and with possibility of arrangement of resilient element connected with element located transversely to air flow, wherein air pipeline is made in form of branch pipe (1) with end outlet hole (2), and element is in form of elastic perforated membrane (3) of direct action with through holes (4), which is fixed on branch pipe end (1), along perimeter of the latter and from outlet opening (2), across air flow with possibility of elastic deflection.

EFFECT: ensuring uniform distribution of air.
