FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed are air distributors. First embodiment of air distributor comprises cylindrical housing with bottom made in last hole, connected to it guide cylindrical air-conducting element and possibility of arrangement of outlet hole, formation in housing of annular air gap and round reflector in front of outlet hole along air flow, and air flow swirling, wherein housing is made in form of body cylindrical shell (1) with end inlet hole (2) and opposite bottom (3), in which there is mounting hole (4) with internal screw thread, and element is made in form of cylindrical shell (5) with end outlet hole (6), opposite bottom in form of round reflecting screen (7) and tangentially made in cylindrical wall through hole (8) for inlet and swirling air flow, and along the length of sleeve (5) external screw thread is made, and sleeve (5) is installed in mounting hole (4) with formation of movable threaded connection and annular air gap (9) in housing barrel (1), wherein screen (7) is located in the latter before outlet (6) in direction of air flow, and through hole (8) is interconnected with annular air gap (9) or in barrel cylindrical wall (5) there is radial passageway (8) for inlet of air flow, and inside barrel (5), between through (8) and outlet (6) holes are made with internal screw thread for air flow swirling or in cylindrical wall of shell (5) radially there is a pair of opposite coaxial through holes (8) of same shape and dimensions for inlet of air flows, and from inside shell (5), between pair of through holes (8) and outlet (6), internal screw thread is made for air flow swirling. Second embodiment of air distributor comprises cylindrical housing with bottom, outlet, cylindrical branch pipe and possibility of air flow swirling, wherein housing is made in form of cylindrical shell (10) with end hole (11) and opposite bottom (12), wherein along barrel (10) inner screw thread is made, and in barrel wall (10) is round radial outlet hole (13) with inner helical thread for air flow swirling, wherein along pipe (14) length there is an external screw thread, and branch (14) is connected to sleeve (10) with formation of the movable threaded connection, in which outlet hole (13) is located before bottom (12) along the air flow direction, wherein cartridge (10) is rotatable relative to branch pipe (14) with overlapping outlet (13) and cut-off of air flow or over length of sleeve (10) external screw thread is made, and along length of pipe (14) - internal screw thread. Third embodiment of air distributor comprises housing with round cross section, outlet hole, cylindrical branch pipe, connected with possibility of enveloping hole and possibility of air flow swirling, wherein housing is made in form of conical diffuser, in form of hollow truncated cone (15) with outlet (16) in larger base and inlet hole (17) in smaller base, and nozzle (18) is coaxially connected to cone (15) to cover inlet opening (17), wherein, on the wall of cone (15) on the side of air flow, inner screw thread is made for air flow swirling. Fourth embodiment of air distributor includes housing with round cross section, outlet hole, branch pipe connected to pass through hole and possibility of air flow swirling, wherein housing is made in form of single-cavity hyperboloid (19) with outlet hole (20) in each of bases, and through passage hole (21) tangentially made in wall communicating with cavity for air flow inlet and swirling, and branch pipe (22) is connected to wall to cover passage hole (21) and coaxial with the latter.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities.
