FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of construction, namely to the technology of erection of buildings and structures of any number of floors. Method of construction of buildings and structures is characterized by the fact that building a foundation of a building or structure. Required structures, equipment for construction and construction materials are placed on the foundation and around it. At the level of the working flooring, the last floor and the roof are constructed, which is further lifted by hydraulic or screw jacks to jack stroke height and simultaneously lifting the retaining sand jacks. While holding the raised last floor and the roof at the height of the hydraulic or screw jack stroke by the retaining sand jacks, the hydraulic or screw jacks are assembled by reverse movement. At that support sand jacks serve as supports of hydraulic or screw jacks, and hydraulic or screw jacks stroke. Above described operations are repeated until the building or structure under construction is lifted to the height of the floor. Further, for construction of the penultimate floor, under the already built part of the building or structure, hydraulic or screw and support sand jacks are lowered to the level of the working floor mark. Constructed part is retained at elevation mark by retaining sand jacks. After construction of the penultimate floor, retaining sand jacks are alternately lowered, resting and fixed to the formwork of the penultimate floor to accompany further lifting. In this way, the following floors are constructed in turn, lifting them together with the already built above floors and roof to the height of the floor until the required number of floors and the height of the building or structure is reached.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in acceleration and facilitation of the erection process of buildings and structures.
