SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the erection of a building by floors and ceilings lifting method. Multistory framework-monolithic building erecting method by raising floors involves the erection of a foundation slab, floor-by-floor columns and ceilings arrangement and concreting, and their floor-by-floor lifting into the design position. Columns and ceilings arrangement, as well as their floor-by-floor lifting, is carried out from the upper floors using the lifting equipment. Lifting equipment stem is installed in a well located under the column. Columns are arranged with the caps, before the columns concreting performing the reinforcement pre-stressing with the help of electric winches.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is in ensuring of the building spatial rigidity at all stages of its erection.
