FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and medicine, namely to traumatology. Device contains elongated cylindrical case with central channel, proximal and distal ends and fixing resilient element, passing inside and along central channel. Case is made with sharpening on distal end. Flattened plates of triangular shape of stiffening rib type are placed on case external surface along it from proximal end side at equally remote distance from each other. Length of one of said plates along case exceeds length of the other ones. From the side of its distal end case has, at least, one through oblique transverse channel, connected with central channel and made with possibility for fixing resilient element passing out through it. Detachable guide bushing, which has elongated cylindrical shape of tube type, and cover are successively fixed one after another from the side of proximal case end.
EFFECT: device ensures stable fixation of tubular bone fragments taking into account configurations of bone marrow canal with reduction of surgery trauma.
