SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Intramedullary bone fixation device is made in form of titanium wire curved in form of winding coil spring. Spring coils are parallel to each other and are located at 30-50 degrees angle to the axis. End part of distal coil is made sharpened.
EFFECT: invention ensures simplification and facilitation of bone fixation device introduction into bone canal with reliable stabilisation of bone fragments.
