FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automated interactive electronic repair documentation (IERD) design system. Computer-aided design system includes sets of functionally related software and hardware units and modules, providing input and decomposition of initial design and process documents presented in electronic form, formation on the basis of this documentation of the hierarchical structure of the complex of the IERD adequately reflecting the structural structure of the CTS-object of the maintenance work (MW) with application of the IERD. Structure of the IERD is displayed in the form of a multilevel graph, the units of which correspond to the component parts (CP) of the article. Sections of the operational and technical documentation are logically linked to units of the IERD structure, containing explanations of features of operation of CP, instructions on performance of technological operations, as well as instructions on transitions to the following operations based on evaluation of results of performance of previous operations based on established criteria. Formation of sections of IERD for each CP of corresponding CTS takes place during sequential bypass of branches of graph of structure of IERD. As a result, the IERD complex is formed to control the MW work of the samples of the corresponding CTS type.
EFFECT: automation of design of interactive electronic repair documentation (IERD) without use of healthy natural samples of CTS; wherein IERD includes IERD maintenance units for complex parts of complex technical systems (CTS).
