FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of handling ionizing radiation sources, and specifically to radiation safety. For safe decoupling of glove box line contaminated with radionuclides, undocking boxes are lifted by means of jacks and installed on rollers, loosening bolt connections on flanges of undocking boxes, undocking point is wound with several layers of polyethylene film pre-laid to form corrugations, and fixed on undocking boxes by means of band, boxes are uncoupled, polyethylene film is stretched and in middle part is ligated in two places, cut between places of dressing and each bandaged part is filled inside of undocking boxes, and metal plugs are tightly installed on openings.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of safe decoupling of the line of glove boxes contaminated with radionuclides, which can then be recycled.
