FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to oil and gas well servicing equipment. Electrohydraulic control and heating station of preventer includes: hydraulic control circuit containing tank equipped with electric heating element, temperature and working fluid level sensors, connected to tank main pump equipped with electric drive, pressure hydraulic line equipped with pressure gauge connected to main pump, pneumohydroaccumulator connected to pressure hydraulic line, hand pump, electromechanical hydraulic distributors, hydraulic control lines; electric power circuit, electric control and lighting circuit; electric cabinet; main and remote control panels. Hydraulic control valves are connected with working fluid flow control elements to control preventer hydraulic drives made up of handles and electric switches. Working fluid flow control elements are mounted on control panels. On the main control panel the working fluid parameters monitoring instruments are installed to control the hydraulic actuators of the preventer, the remote control panel contains electric switches and indicators and is connected to the hydraulic distributors by the electric control line with voltage from 12 to 24 V. Station is equipped with a hydraulic heating circuit for supply and removal of the working fluid performing heat carrier function, into system and from preventer heating system, comprises an additional electrically driven pump connected to the hydraulic control circuit tank, a reverse heating line connected to the tank. Additional pump is connected to a pressure line of heating, which contains a manometer, a pressure heating line and a reverse heating line, which contain two high-pressure hoses and quick-detachable connections for connection to a preventer heating system. Station is supplemented with working fluid flow control elements performing heat carrier function, and instruments for monitoring parameters of working fluid, performing heat carrier function, aimed at heating preventer, located on main control panel together with flow control elements and working fluid monitoring devices for control of hydraulic actuators preventer. Electrical components of the station are compactly located in one electrical cabinet. Station is equipped with payoff drums for high pressure hoses of hydraulic control circuit and high pressure hoses of hydraulic heating circuit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of simultaneous control and control over processes of heating and control, in reduction of weight, without increasing dimensions, in reduction of labor costs during production, operation and maintenance.
