FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction material production technology and can be used for the production of structural (wall), heat-protective and decorative material in the form of thermal concrete blocks or in the form of light commercial thermo-papercrete. The method for manufacturing thermo-papercrete includes grinding wood raw materials to a particle size in the range from 5 to 40 mm, drying and thermal modification in a vapor-air environment at a processing temperature from 140 to 240°C, followed by washing the resulting thermally modified wood filler with water and processing: exposure for at least 30 minutes in a 5% aqueous solution of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, preparation of a thermos-papercrete mixture by mixing the processed wood filler with Portland cement, molding of a thermos-papercrete mixture by vibration casting or vibrocompression, followed by exposure under natural conditions or in steam-air chambers with heat and humidity treatment, with the following component ratio, vol. %: Portland cement M 500 8-10, fine filler: sand 30-32, large filler in the form of the specified crushed thermally modified wood 60.
EFFECT: increase in strength, heat-protection properties, a decrease in moisture and vapor permeability of thermo-papercrete.
