FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to structures of suspended ventilated facades of buildings and structures formed both during construction of new buildings, and during reconstruction of previously operated structures for protection of glass openings from heat radiation and from external atmospheric effects. Multi-storey building comprises external walls of vertically installed blocks on each other, internal walls, floors, lining external walls and ventilated facade, in which bearing frame is inter-floorings with cantilevers and thermocells. Ventilated facade is installed along window openings throughout the height of the building along its facade and is made in the form of vertical partitions with louvres devices, which are tightly adjacent to external walls, installed on consoles, consisting of rotary lamellae, hingedly fixed on vertical partitions and connected to each other by means of thermoelement, which performs the function of traction device. In the horizontal supports of the bearing frame there are holes of rectangular shape on the width of the window opening, and rotary lamellae are installed with possibility of formation in closed position of ventilated box, providing free movement of air through formed rectangular holes due to pressure difference.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of differentiated ventilation space at window opening.
