FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to methods for the construction of external walls of residential, public and industrial buildings made of hinged modular ventilated facades. A method for mounting enlarged facade blocks is claimed, in which a set of hinged ventilated facade is mounted using a bracket, while completely ready-to-install enlarged facade blocks laid in lodgments in the amount necessary for installation on one floor of a building are stored by a crane on exit platforms on upper floors of the building relatively to a design mark of the installation and are transferred inside the building with subsequent storage of enlarged facade blocks on floors of the building until walls with window openings of the building are fully erected, after that, enlarged facade blocks are mounted, using a pre-installed, no higher than five floors, telpher moving along a monorail, and fixed externally to walls of the building with anchor bolts on brackets that can be adjusted in two planes, brackets themselves are pre-installed on the enlarged block of the modular facade, which are interconnected by means of docking elements with installed waterproofing membrane.

EFFECT: simplification of the structure, increase in the reliability of the ventilated facade, convenience of adjusting the horizontal level, when leveling the modular ventilated facade.
