FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a set of ceramic facing tiles, having a ceramic base layer and a coating glaze layer, comprising a printed pattern made in a digital manner and showing the texture of wood or stone. Surface of ceramic tile contains relief having structural elements in the form of recesses in flat top surface, which correspond to said printed pattern. Tiles are rectangular elongated. Method of making ceramic tiles involves forming a base layer of tiles, applying a glaze, printing a pattern and then annealing the article. Relief is formed on the surface of the base ceramic layer or on top of the layer of the coating glaze before the burning stage or during it.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is obtaining a set of ceramic tiles, for which during laying less noticeable difference in height of adjacent tiles, and applied texture of wood or stone is less than artificial.
