SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle protection systems. System for protection of electronic control systems of vehicles from unauthorized intrusion includes at least one electronic module of vehicle and protection device of vehicle control system connected via electric conductors to interface communication line. Protection device of vehicle control system consists of vehicle parameters monitoring and control unit, unit of passive scanning of interface communication lines, a unit for spectral analysis of an interface communication line, a unit for detecting and suppressing malicious commands and a unit for detecting and setting interference in a given frequency range to an unauthorized transceiver. Unit of passive scanning of interface communication lines, unit for spectral analysis of interface communication line and unit for detection and suppression of malicious commands are connected to interface communication line.
