FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and a method of detecting unauthorized connected devices in a vehicle. Method includes obtaining electric bus electric signal parameters at first and second time intervals, processing and constructing spectra of obtained signals, setting a signal obtained during the first period of time as a threshold, comparison of total signals received at the first and second time intervals by analyzing spectral components of electric signals and detection of unauthorized devices on vehicle electric bus based on results of comparison of signal spectra obtained at first and second time intervals.
EFFECT: high accuracy of detecting unauthorized connected devices.
