SUBSTANCE: invention relates to expression clusters comprising a crust element of a site of DNAse I 2 (HS2) hypersensitivity cluster of human β-globin gene or hypersensitivity site of 40 (HS40) cluster of human gene of α-globin and part of promoter of human gene Aγ-globin.
EFFECT: obtained clusters provide high level of expression of proteins or polypeptides of interest in their recombinant production in mammalian host cells.
