FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for selection of a cell expressing bispecific antibodies is described, comprising the steps of: eukaryotic cells population creation by transduction with a lentiviral particles population, wherein each lentiviral particle contains a bicistronic expression cassette encoding a secreted bispecific antibody that contains a nucleic acid encoding the variable domain of the first heavy chain in the "lock" or "key" locus to EV71-IRES, and a nucleic acid encoding the variable domain of the second heavy chain in another corresponding locus after EV71-IRES, wherein the variable domain of the first heavy chain binds to the first antigen, and the second variable domain binds to a second antigen, wherein the first antigen and the second antigen may be the same or different, wherein an eukaryotic cell expresses a common light chain, and cell selection from a population of eukaryotic cells, where the cell is selected according to the ability of the antibody present on its surface to specifically bind to the said first and second antigens.
EFFECT: system improvement.
