METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING ESOPHAGEAL INJURIES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B1/273 A61B6/02

Abstract RU 2717090 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for diagnosing esophageal injuries. That is ensured by simultaneous esophagoscopy and polypositional X-ray examination. Under the control of the polypositional X-ray study, accompanied by the increase in intraluminal pressure during esophagoscopy in the esophagus, a water-soluble X-ray contrast is introduced. If observing the inflow of contrast into the paraesophageal space, esophageal injury is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability and effectiveness of esophageal injury diagnostics.
