SUBSTANCE: tire tread has radial thickness Hmax and contains one middle part (20) and two side parts (21, 22), at that, meridian profile (PS) of radially external surface (31, 32) of each side part (21, 22) is radially inner relative to meridian profile (PC) of radially outer surface (30) of middle part (20). Radial distance (d) between mid point (I1, I2) of meridional profile (PS) of radially external surface (31, 32) of each side part (21, 22) and meridional profile (PC) of radially external surface (30) mid part (20) is at least equal to 0.5 of radial thickness Hmax of tread (2).
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of ratio, on the one hand, between traction ability and resistance to tire acceleration when used in field, and, on the other hand, between service life to wear and rolling resistance when used on highway.
