SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to means for conducting instant elastography. Ultrasonic sensor comprises a matrix of ultrasonic transducers configured to transmit and receive ultrasonic waves, a conducting device located on the front edge of the array of ultrasonic transducers and comprising a fluid chamber filled with a fluid, wherein the fluid chamber comprises a hole and an input for receiving energy, communicating with each other, wherein the opening is located on the front surface of the conductive device and is coated with an elastic film, and an energy supply device connected to the energy input and configured to transmit energy to the fluid within the fluid chamber such that the elastic film is vibrated by the fluid such that generate shear wave. Ultrasonic detector comprises an ultrasonic sensor and a processing device comprising a drive unit connected to an ultrasonic sensor energy supply device for driving a power supply device, ultrasonic unit connected to matrix of ultrasonic transducers of ultrasonic transducer for matrix control of ultrasonic transducers in order to transmit and receive ultrasonic waves, and an elastography unit connected to a matrix of ultrasonic transducers in order to receive and process a first electrical signal containing information on a shear wave for instantaneous elastography.
EFFECT: use of inventions improves quality and accuracy of images.
