FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacology and can be used for selecting anti-inflammatory drugs. For this purpose, in rows of anthranilic acid derivatives: 1) N-substituted anthranilic acids; 2) substituted amides and hydrazides of N-aroylanthranilic acids; 3) substituted amides and hydrazides of N-acyl anthranilic acids; 4) arylamides of N-acyl-N-alkenylanthranilic acids; 5) substituted amides and hydrazides of N-arylanthranilic acids; 6) substituted amides and hydrazides of N-alkyl (alkenyl) anthranilic acids, having a general fragment: carbonyl-phenyl radical - secondary, tertiary amino group or NH-acyl fragment, ionisation and lipophilicity constants are determined. Thereafter, the anti-inflammatory action (AIAcalc.) is calculated, and the compounds causing the carrageenan oedema deceleration are selected.
EFFECT: invention provides selection of anti-inflammatory agents in anthranilic acid derivatives.
